REGISTRATION OPEN FOR 2013 COMMUNITY CUP
The Community Cup soccer tournament is a recreational, 7-on-7, 48
team, co-ed tournament open to all ages 15+ with a focus on celebrating Ottawa’s
diverse communities. Thanks to over 25 TD Canada Trust staff volunteers, the
games are judged by Spirit Judges; the points awarded by the judges help decide
which team is crowned champion. There are two trophies to strive for - the
Community Cup and/or the Community Spirit Cup.

HIV Research on African, Caribbean and Black Community in Ottawa
Are you African, Caribbean and/or Black? You are asked to participate in a research study that will guide how HIV health-related services are offered to the African, Caribbean and Black community in Ottawa.
If you are:
* Male or female
* African, Caribbean and/or Black
* More than 18 years old
* Live in the Ottawa area
Researchers at the University of Ottawa want to know your thoughts on HIV in the African, Caribbean and Black community in Ottawa, regardless of your HIV status. You will be asked to participate in a private, confidential and anonymous interview (approx. 60 minutes). This is your chance for your voice to be heard!

Capital Courts presents: Soca-robics! Starting Sept. 25 in Orleans
If you're looking for a fun way to trade in some negative energy for positive vibes, Soca-robics for Women if finally here in Orleans! Come and listen and move to the sounds of the islands with Fabienne Blizzard, one of the best fitness trainers in the business. Soca-robics is only $10 per class with no contract or long term commitment. The demand is very high for a class like this so don't let this opportunity pass you by. We have 70 spots per week and it's on a 1st come 1st trained basis. Get here early!!
