Festival Haïti en fête. The festival kicks off on Friday, July 20 at 6pm with a book fair by Haitian authors from here and abroad (Florida, Montreal) at the Shenkman Arts Centre, located at 245 Centrum Boulevard, Orleans. Saturday, July 21 from noon to 21:00 at Petrie Island in Orleans, highly acclaimed groups and artists, including T-Vice, Unik, Les Guitars, DJ Critic, Duval, and several others will make you dance to the lively rhythms of the Caribbean and Africa. Many activities are planned for all ages such as volleyball, soccer, and door prizes. Creole dishes will also be available so you may taste the wonderful flavors of Haiti.
